protection is assured again in no time.
If, however, a spare part is not available, we will obtain it
directly from our reliable suppliers. As a rule these parts
are normally available within a very short time.
- As our satisfied customers will attest, we can always be contacted
at any time with our 24-hour emergency service.
- If, however, it should occur that the voicemail is activated
on the emergency service number, speak onto the tape after the
message and the tone. The voicemail is checked regularly and
we will contact you immediately (as a rule within a maximum
of 3 hours).
- We will be with you without delay and fix the fault or make
your fire protection installation operational again.
- There are no extra charges for any of our services. In contrast
to our competitors you pay no additional charges for a repair
truck, emergency callout or supply of tools.
